A young orphan boy is sent to live with his grandma in a rural village. As a group of deceptively glamorous yet diabolical witches starts to attack them, the grandma sends the boy to a seaside resort. It was at this same time that the world’s Grand High Witch has gathered her fellow cronies from around the globe.
