Set in 1947 London, The Secret Garden tells the tale of a young orphan girl. She is sent there to live with her uncle. There she discovers a magical garden on the grounds of his estate. The literary work of the same name has a girl named Mary Lennox who returns to England from India after losing her parents in the cholera epidemic. It was first adapted into a movie in 1919 and later many times over the years.
