Wonder Woman 1984 is the long-awaited sequel following the 2019 movie. Directed by Patty Jenkins, the movie is more of a standalone one though it takes place in the DC universe set into motion by Zack Synder. This has fans speculate that there will be references to other characters including Ben Affleck’s Batman or Jason Mamoa’s Aquaman. However, there are no official confirmations regarding it. The trailer was released at DC FanDome, the fan event conducted by DC which was held online this year. This is the second trailer to be released about the movie and no confirmation about the release date is mentioned because of the ongoing pandemic.
